The Spring / Summer 2023 story theme was shoot at Lodhi Colony.
Lodhi Colony was developed in the 1940s as a residential zone for goverment employees
during the British Raj. It is the last zone developed by the Britishers in India.
The name of the place derived from Lodhi Gardens.

In recent years, Lodhi Colony has undergone a transformation of sorts and become renowned for
its colourful, spunky and artistic murals, and the area is now aptify referred to as Lodhi Art District
for its numerous artwork painted on the herify walls if its residential houses

Our overshirt ’CHEMISE’ comes in four colourways for Spring/Summer 2023.
The garment is unlined and manufactured in a smooth, ultra light-weight goat suede. A perfect garment to be worn in-house aswell
as outdoor during the spring and summer month,

THE SAFARI JACKET - PROFESSEUR

The first safari jackets date from around 1939, when the rich upper class discovered Africa
as a travel and hunting destination. The safari jacket allowed wealthy Europeans,
inspired by the fascination of an ’unexplored’ country, to roam the vastness of the
land without the need to carry a bag. In the four front pockets of the safari jacket they
stowed their binoculars, notepads, cartridges and all the other essentials for their daily
adventures and explorations.

The ’Professeur’ model is characterised by its timeless elegance, lovingly designed details
and outstanding workmanship. The half-lined jacket is made from soft goat suede, with a
slightly waxed finish.

Lodhi Colony scores of colourful, creative and interesting artwork adomes the adorns the hitherto plain,
rudimentary and pastel shaded walls. The mural artwork is a creation of a collaborative and blended effort
of local and global artists.

Most of the side wall of the houses have been used as an extensive canvas poured with
artistic imagination and sprinkled with loads of hues and contrasts

The ’SERGEANT’ is a handcrafted garment inspired by the utilitarian design of military shirts, but reinvented and manufactured in supple goat suede with an antique finishing for a worn-in patina. The shirt has a very soft hand-touch, corozo buttons and special front and back yoke. A durable, hard wearing garment that can be dressed up for a semi-formal look or to be worn more casual.

The Royal Enfield’s motorcycle model Bullet, in above image, was introduced in India in the early 1950s and has been in continuous production since then, making it one of the longest running motorcycle models in history. In India, the Royal Enfield Bullet is highly regarded as a symbol of toughness and reliability and is widely used by the Indian military and police force. It has become a popular choice for riders looking for a classic and rugged motorcycle experience. The images above featuring the ’Bullet’ with our café biker racer jacket ’RACER’ and the back pack ’VOYAGEUR’

The paintings in the Lodhi Art District are highly varied and diverse, reflecting the different styles,
perspectives, and experiences of the artists who created them. The paintings can range from abstract and conceptual works,
to portraits, landscapes, and scenes from daily life in India as ther image above.

The denim blue overshirt ’SERGEANT’ below is manufactured in a jungle goat suede. The jungle suede is a type of suede leather with a rough and rugged texture, inspired by the look and feel of the jungle. It is known for its durability and versatility and the special finishing gives the leather a distinctive napped surface, which is both soft and sturdy. This makes it resistant to scuffs and scratches, and ideal for use in a variety of environments.
